Yin Yoga is a mostly floor-based practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, while providing a meditative space for the mind. In this class, you'll hold passive shapes for several minutes at a time, allowing for a slow, profound release and increased flexibility in both mind and body. Suitable for all levels, Yin Yoga encourages relaxation, stress reduction, and interoception.
